Water/Glycol Flushing Rigs

FR-WG-8000/25-15000

Flushing rigs suitable for water/glycols, which are capable of a flow rate of up to 25 Litres/min @ 8,000 psi. The flushing rigs also have a hydrostatic test pump capable of generating a test pressure of 15,000 psi.

FR-WG-3000/52-6000

Flushing rigs suitable for water/glycols, which are capable of a flow rate of up to 52 Litres/min @ 3,000 psi. The flushing rigs also have a hydrostatic test pump capable ofgenerating a test pressure of 6,000 psi.

Mineral Oil Flushing Rigs

FR-MO-5000/33-15000

Flushing rigs suitable for mineral oils, which are capable of a flow rate of up to 33 Litres/min @ 5,000 psi. The flushing rigs also have a hydrostatic test pump capable of generating a test pressure of 15,000 psi.

• Laser Particle Counter – Standalone particle counter to analyze fluid cleanliness to industry standards.
• 6 Port A Frame Manifold – Manifolds are supplied with six 9/16” high pressure ports which as standard will be plugged. If required, manifolds can have additional valves and adapters added to suit specific requirements.
• Pressure Transducers – A simple connection from the transducer to a laptop through a USB lead, complete with software. The transducers will allow for accurate test pressure readings and can provide the option of test certificates to be printed.
• Chart Recorders – 12” stand alone chart recorders complete with connection hoses to connect to the flushing rig test line.
• Hoses – A range of hoses to suit various sizes and applications.
